All products have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
All return products must contain all original boxes, original UPC codes on the products, accessories and documents like manuals and blank warranty cards provided by the manufacturer. If any original component is missing, a refusal of exchange or refund may occur.
Non-defective product(s)If any reason you want to cancel the order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible, we will help to do that. However, if the product has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all shipping expenses, including the original shipping, handling fee, return postage and a 15% restocking fee.
If we send out the wrong product by error, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will cover all shipping costs. Once the product is return, we will make arrange for exchange or refund.
Defective product(s)All products have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
Please do not return product without obtaining a RMA number first, which can be obtained from our customer service. Defective products must be returned within 30 days since the issue date of RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of package and send it back to us. Repack the original package with everything received, including enclosed documents. Missing of any original components may incur a refusal of exchange or refund from us.
